I have a passion for helping pregnant moms, at any point in their pregnancy, to use yoga techniques to alleviate common discomforts, practice mindfulness, as well as de-stress and relax the body through meditation and breathing techniques.
After going through the postpartum period myself, I know how important it is for moms to take time of themselves and honor their bodies, in a safe and nurturing environment. Postnatal classes are a more restorative practice, with gentle movements designed to help regain strength and release built up tension in a postnatal mom’s body.
