Absolutely! My prenatal classes are very beginner friendly. It’s actually common for women to be introduced to yoga during pregnancy.

Is it ok if I’m really early in my pregnancy, and not even “showing” yet?

Most definitely. Yoga has numerous benefits during all stages of pregnancy, including first trimester. Don’t worry if you don’t “feel” pregnant yet, all pregnant mamas go through this stage!

I am feeling really self conscious and none of my clothes fit me anymore. What do I wear?

Wear what helps you feel most comfortable 🙂 This is a safe and non-judgmental space for women going through this with you!

Is it safe for me to do prenatal yoga during my pregnancy?

Yes, for most people there are actually quite a few benefits and most poses can be modified to accommodate common restrictions during pregnancy. If you have reservations or a doctor has given you restrictions related to exercise or pregnancy complications feel free to contact me.
